Problem: For many non-subscribers, “Free Delivery” isn’t enough value to make DashPass worth it.
Insight: People are less likely to order delivery out in public.
Solution: Bring DoorDash delivery outside of home.
Dash Pass members will unlock access to delivery outside of their homes. With DashPass Hot Spots, users will be able to order their favorite meals in different locations throughout major cities. Each Hot Spot will be marked by a 10-foot “Hunger Pin”. These Hot Spots have an outdoor seating area with comfy couches, coffee tables, and a T.V. to make each experience feel like a home outside of your home.
Dash Pass users will be able to order their food and place their phones on table tracking technology that will alert a Dasher to your exact location.
Each Hunger Pin will use geofencing technology to airdrop deals to first-time hot spot users. By accepting the airdrop your first meal ordered at your designated Hot Spot will be free and made custom just for you.
DashPass members will also have exclusive access to Crave Box locations. Crave Boxes allow people can order their food and pick it up at whatever time they want. The boxes will be located around each city and will provide users with easy access to their food on their daily commute. Each Crave Box will be temperature regulated to ensure that every meal stays fresh.
Users can connect their Dash Pass to their Google Maps. Red pins will mark Hot Spot locations so users can easily navigate to them even when in new cities.
